Shimokita Carrot Cake

TDM 1874 下北沢3周年記念ビール。今年は下北沢BONUS TRACKにお店を構えるYOYOさんとのコラボビールです。YOYOさんの１番人気商品スパイシーキャロットケーキと同じ人参をふんだんに使って作りました。シナモンの香り、口いっぱいに広がる人参とバニラの甘味が癖になるキャロットケーキにも良く合うビールです。

Brewed with Carrots, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Vanilla. The aroma of sweet spices and vanilla are balanced with the malts and its smooth body to recreate the flavours found in carrot cake. contains Lactose
