数々のコンテストで金賞受賞したTDM 1874 BrewerのIPA。ホップはCitraをメインにEquanot、Simcoe、Mosaicなど。グレープフルーツやオレンジなどシトラスのアロマ。草のように青々しい印象に加え、ほのかにパイナップルを連想させる風味が特徴です。

Head brewer George sought to create IPAs that don’t only revolve around the bitterness from hops.
The goal was to create balanced IPAs with a focus on aroma and aftertaste by using large amounts of late hopping and dry hopping.
