B.B.B. (BRITISH BEST BITTER)

イギリス産モルト、ホップを使用し風味豊かでありながら低アルコールで飲みやすいセッションビア。ビター(スタイル)は、モルトの香りを引き立たせる為に少しぬるめで飲むのがイギリスでは一般的。イギリス産モルトのマリスオッターはリッチでトースティな特徴に加え、わずかにカラメル、ナッティな風味。ゴールディングス、チャレンジャーホップを使用し、アーシーで、ほのかにフローラルな印象も。間違いなく王道のブリティッシュビール。

An easy drinking session beer that is low in ABV but full of flavor from British malt and hops. Traditionally Bitters are served and drunk slightly warmer in the UK to help accentuate the aroma from the malts. Rich and toasty malt character from English Maris Otter Malt, with a light touch of caramel and nuttiness. The use of Goldings and Challenger hops add an earthy and slightly floral character that is unmistakably British.

Brown Porter

秋冬限定のイギリススタイルのポーター。6種類のモルトを使用したこのポーターは、ビールの温度が上がるにつれて、チョコレートやローストした穀物などの複雑な香りの層が広がります。またビスケットのような香りはイギリスのMaris Otterモルトから。余韻が長く、口当たりがよいこのポーターは冬にぴったりのビールです。是非ゆっくりと時間をかけてお楽しみください。

Our winter specialty beer is a dark brown English style porter. This porter is made using 6 different malts which provide layers of complex flavor which evolve as the beer warms. Notes of chocolate and lightly roasted grain are complimented by warm, biscuit like flavors from English Maris Otter malt. With a smooth body and long aftertaste, it is the perfect beer to enjoy slowly in winter.

浜なしごーぜ

世界初、横浜のブランド梨「浜なし」を使用。浜なしは、収穫後すぐに完売してしまい市場に滅多に出回らないことから、幻の梨といわれています。この梨は甘みがありながら繊細で、このビールのベース、ゴーゼによくマッチします。ゴーゼは、Leipzigという町の伝統的なジャーマンビールのスタイルで、爽やかな酸味とわずかな塩味があります。

浜なしごーぜは梨のアロマがアクセントにあり、エレガント、ドライでさっぱりとした低アルコールなビール。

The world’s first craft beer using “hamanashi” – A specialty of Yokohama. Hamanashi are often called ‘phantom’ pears as they are often a harvested and sold immediately, not seen by the public in markets. These pears are sweet yet subtle and match well with the base beer, Gose – A traditional German beer style from the town of Leipzig with refreshing acidity and slight saltiness. Hamanashi Gose is an elegant, refreshing, dry, low alcohol beer with a hint of pear aroma.

Head brewer George sought to create IPAs that don’t only revolve around the bitterness from hops.
The goal was to create balanced IPAs with a focus on aroma and aftertaste by using large amounts of late hopping and dry hopping.
The recipe for our IPA changes periodically as we search for new and interesting hop aromas.

Leitungswasser Kölsch

厳しい日本の夏にぴったりなクリアでドライなケルシュスタイルエール。ドイツのケルン地方のビールを起源とし、エール酵母を使用していながらラガーのような飲み口のハイブリッドスタイル。Leitungswasser（ライトゥングスヴァッサー）はドイツ語で水道水。フレッシュでドリンカブル喉の渇きを潤すような印象から名づけられました。ドイツ産モルトを使用し、ライトでありながら風味豊かなブレッディなキャラクター。ドイツ産ハレタウホップ由来のわずかにスパイシーでフローラルなアロマも特徴です。

Crisp and refreshing to battle the heat of Japanese summer, Our summer seasonal is this Kölsch style ale – a hybrid style originating for the German city of Köln. Kölsch is similar to a lager, though is made using ale yeast. Leitungswasser means ‘tap water’ in German, the beer was named after it because of its fresh and easy drinking, thirst quenching character. German malts give the beer a light yet flavorful bready character with slightly spicy and floral aroma from German Hallertau hops.

1番人気のダブルIPA、Star Dust！　商品名の由来はオーストラリア産ギャラクシーホップを使用していることから。
ドライでスムース、アルコール8.5％にして危険なほど飲みやすく、弾けるような爽やかな印象と苦味。ギャラクシー、シトラ、モザイクホップ由来のグレープフルーツ、パイナップル、マンゴーの華やかなアロマとフレイバーです。

Our extremely popular Double IPA – Star Dust! The beers name comes from the use of Galaxy hops from Australia. Dry, smooth, and dangerously easy drinking at 8.5% alcohol with a crisp bitterness. Star Dust is well known for its huge flavor and aroma of tropical fruit (grapefruit, pineapple, and mango) from Galaxy, Citra and Mosaic hops.

The Whole World Window

8.5%もアルコールのあるこのダブルIPAはドライでありながら、甘くフルーティーなホップアロマが爆発。マンゴー、ピーチ、パイナップル、シトラスフルーツのような華やかな香りと、松やフレッシュな花を連想させる香り。醸造長のお気に入りのミュージシャン、ティム・スミスの追悼の意を込めて名付けられました。

This 8.5% Double IPA is dry, but bursting with sweet, fruity hop aroma. Big aroma of Mango, Peach, Pineapple, and citrus fruits, complimented with notes of pine and fresh flowers. Named in memory of our Head Brewers favourite musician, Tim Smith.
